NGS Open Day · Saturday 22 May

Late Spring Open Day

By late May the whole garden is in fresh leaf. The Formal Gardens are at their crispest, the Wild Flower Meadow is rising, and the roses are fattening into bud ahead of June.

It is a good month to see the bones of the Bannermans' design before the summer softens it, and to find the Vegetable Garden in full swing.
